Corporate Managers background
President/CEO: Alfredo
Bonilla III
Mr. Bonilla has a BS in Engineering Management from the University
of Missouri-Rolla and a BS in Engineering Technology from the University
of Panama. He also attended a coursework towards a MS in Administrative
Science in the University of Alabama in Huntsville
Mr. Bonilla has over thirty years experience in engineering, logistics,
administrative services, information technology, and business management.
His expertise includes strategic business planning, human resources
and labor relations, contracts administration, quality control,
industrial security, safety, facilities engineering, and work control.
He is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, National
Contract Management Association, and Society for Human Resources
Management. He is a recipient of NASA First Shuttle Flight Achievement
Award, and of a Certificate of Appreciation for tasks performed
in support of the Presidential Commission that investigated the
Space Shuttle Challenger accident.
He has extensive experience in labor relations with unionized workforces,
and has managed up to ten labor agreements simultaneously, with
no slow-downs or strikes. Mr. Bonilla has been a certified Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1993. His capabilities
include business management, as well as technical and administrative
operations. Mr. Bonilla has served as member of the Alabama Advisory
Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Born in Panama, Mr. Bonilla immigrated to the United States in 1981,
when he moved to Madison, Alabama. While in Panama, he had several
assignments with the U.S. Army 193rd Infantry Brigade Directorate
of Facilities Engineering, and was an Industrial Engineer with the
Panama Canal Commission Executive Planning Office in the former
Panama Canal Zone. From 1981 to 1995 he was employed in the defense
industry, ultimately as Chief Operating Officer of a large defense
contractor. He initiated Advanced Federal operations in late 1995.
Chief
Operating Officer:
Elea M. Bledsoe
Ms. Bledsoe received her BS in Management Information Systems from
the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has over seven years
of experience in human resources and business administration, and
is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Her capabilities
include human resources management, finance and accounting, pricing,
business development, and contracts administration.
Ms. Bledsoe ensures corporate operations are in compliance with
all government rules and regulations; and is responsible for benefits
administration; development and maintenance of company policies;
wage and salary administration, and the coordination and implementation
of training programs. She implemented and is responsible for the
employee web interface for our Human Resource Program. Other duties
include proposal development, contract administration, regulatory
agencies interface, personnel recruitment, and industrial security.
Ms. Bledsoe has participated in the Small Business Executive Education
Program and completed the foundations course for Comptia I-Net+
Certification. She has also completed training courses in several
areas, including FAR Part 31 Cost Principles, Commercial Organization
Training, Overhead Cost Management, Contract Cost Accounting and
Audit Principles, as well as Management Information Systems.
Vice
President, Operations:
Robert Moore
Mr. Moore received a BS degree in Engineering
Sciences from the State University of New York at Albany .
He has 30 years of experience in business development, facilities
operations and maintenance management, and commercial, industrial
and residential construction. His background includes 18 years of
experience on DoD and NASA facilities O&M contracts, including
transitioning and managing A-76 start-ups. He is adept at
implementing computerized work control and maintenance management
systems, planning and estimating, interfacing and coordinating with
engineering design groups, scheduling and construction.
He
has served as project manager on several cost-reimbursable base
operations support contracts for the Army, NASA and the Air Force,
where he has had overall responsibility for regulatory and contractual
compliance in facilities and utilities O&M, vehicle and equipment
O&M, transportation and supply, estimating, quality control
and safety, labor relations, industrial security, budget development,
and work management and reporting.
Mr.
Moore oversees the operations of all Advanced Federal contracts
and ensures contractual adherence to established quality, safety
and environmental programs at each site.
Chief
Financial Officer:
Courtney Carter
Ms. Carter has an MBA, with emphasis in Economics from Mississippi
State University, and a BS in Agribusiness with a minor in Accounting
from Middle Tennessee State University. She has six years of professional,
reputable and progressive experience in the areas of Finance and
Economics, Customer Relations, as well as Business Development.
She has an excellent experience in finance and accounting, financial
statements analysis, including forecasting revenues, expenses, and
cash needs.
In 2003 Advanced Federal implemented Costpoint, a premier government
contracting accounting package. Ms. Carter was instrumental in the
implementation of this program, and is responsible for its operation
and for all financial statements reporting and acts as a liaison
with the auditors. She is also an adjunct professor with Athens
State University where she teaches advanced economic and business
courses.
Mrs. Carter has completed many training courses and seminars, including
four months of formalized credit/underwriting training while working
as a commercial lender for SouthTrust Bank; FAR Part 31 Cost Principles,
Commercial Organization Training; Advanced Topics in Government
Contract Accounting, Fair Labor Standards Act; SBA Annual Training.
Vice
President, Business
Development: Eric
Sanders
Mr.
Sanders has over 30 years of experience in
management and administration. He has 19 years of progressively
responsible management experience with local government where he
served as a law enforcement and fire administrator. He has
experience in program management, special weapons and tactics, canine
programs, drug enforcement, crime prevention and awareness, patrol
operations, communications, jail and court administration, records
management, and criminal investigations. He has attended
more than 40 law enforcement, fire, emergency management and nuclear
security training programs.
Mr.
Sanders has fourteen years experience in nuclear safeguards and
security technical and programmatic support. He has managed
and participated in technical support related to information security,
cyber security, computer forensics, classified document protection
and control, operations security, protection program operations
and planning, TSCM, security systems, vulnerability and risk assessment,
physical security, nuclear material control and accountability and
security audits, surveys and inspections. He has successfully
managed Cost Reimbursable and Firm-Fixed Price and GSA MOBIS contracts
for the past ten years.
Mr.
Sanders has over seven years business development experience to
include strategic planning, capture management, and proposal development.
He has direct experience and expertise in business development
related to Technical and Administrative Support Services, Operations
and Management (O&M), Facility Operations Services (FOS), Base
Operations and Support Services (BOSS) contracts.
Business
Development Specialist: Jennifer Damewood
Ms. Damewood received her BA degree in History and English from
the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has over seven years
of experience in technical writing/editing, graphics, and proposal
development.
Ms. Damewood has received formal ISO 9001:2000 internal auditor
training. She has over four years experience in assessing strengths
and pinpointing weaknesses in quality management systems. She has
also participated in SEI CMM Software Process Improvement efforts.
She co-authored and edited corporate policies, procedures, and standards
for both ISO and SEI quality initiatives.
Ms. Damewood provides support for all aspects related to business
development for Advanced Federal. She has more than seven years
experience as a Proposal Coordinator and technical writer. She serves
as lead on proposal Past Performance Volumes and coordinates Technical
and Business Management Volumes. She assists with the development
and implementation of contract phase-in and transition plans and
schedules. She works with the Business Development Manager in strategic
planning, marketing, capture planning, proposal development, and
public relations.
