Facility Operations & Maintenance

Our facilities operations and maintenance responsibility is to keep our customers' buildings and structures and supporting facilities, such as utility systems, parking lots, roads, drainage structures and grounds, in working condition so they meet their intended functions during their life cycle. We perform routine and breakdown maintenance and repairs (air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression), operation of utility monitoring and control systems and utility plants (including high pressure steam plants and chiller plants), work control, janitorial and grounds care. Our contracts vary from O&M of a small complex of buildings and systems to entire military installations encompassing thousands of acres with hundreds of facilities and miles of roads. The larger and more diverse the client's inventory, the more complex is our maintenance organization. In all cases it requires knowledgeable and skilled management, highly trained technical personnel, and application of computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo®, Somax® and Infor™ EAM/7i™ to perform the many varied O&M functions.
