Fort Eustis & Fort Story
In October 2007, Advanced Federal Services Corporation (Advanced Federal) was awarded a $40M five-year contract to provide Public Works Services to the U.S. Army at Fort Eustis and Fort Story Virginia. After a 30-day transition, Advanced Federal will begin full operations on 1 December adding ~70 new employees to our expanding workforce. We are responsible for providing:

- Utilities Systems Operation & Maintenance
- HVAC Systems Operations and Maintenance
- Grounds Maintenance
- Surfaced Area Maintenance
- Pest Control
- Grass Maintenance
- Self-help Services
- Material Maintenance
- Installation Transportation Services
- Base Supply Services
